toyoto oil filter for vtc noise

cant find the thread that says what toyota oil filter can be used on the 92 se to help the oil flow into the top of the engine. can someone tell me the filter# or the link?

The toyota filter number is 90915-YZZA2. Let us know if this actually makes any improvement. I'm do to change my oil in the next 500 miles.
