Leave it low or raise it up for winter?

I'm having a tough time making up my mind on what to do for winter. I like a nice smooth ride during the cold days so I'm thinking of putting the OEM springs back in.

On the other hand, the car may ride a bit better when I take off the 17's and put the 16' A2's on the car.

Should I leave it low or raise it up?

Now that sounds like fun! I used to do that in High School when I had a Civic. Man did that car take a beating.

I'd leave the springs in place. You don't have an aero kit so it's not like you'll be a snowplow right?

i hate civics as much as i love my max, but i must say, they can take some serious abuse. a girl friend of mine used to have a late-80s 4dr 5spd civic and that thing was sent to hell and back several times over. lawn jobs galore. curbs a plenty. gran-turismo laps in cornfields. and it still ran good the day she sold it.

Exactly. After I was wondering what to do about mine I figured the same thing. Why mess with a good thing?

Leave it alone!

You must have set a record for raising and lowering your car by now

I don't personally have H&Rs or have not driven in a car with them on but people say it is very close to factory (the ride that is). So just leave it, put the 16s with those A2s on and look good in the winter lowered

Those A2s are so smooth and quiet I think I'd drive on them through a winter on coilovers lol
