What are your cold weather problems, gas gauge, shocks?

The cold weather is great for the motor and transmission, but I have noticed a couple of things that my car has issues with now.

It probably doesn't have anything to do with the temprature, but my gas gauge randomly will plumit to E, then slowly return to the correct level of the fuel (I did a search on this, but came up with nothing that resembled my symptoms.)

Also, if my car is cold (right after I start it) if I go over bumps the shocks make noise, this is only when it's cold outside (did a search on this also.)

Last my brakes have about 80% on them in front, and 70% life on the back, but when their cold they'll hiss a little the first couple of times you use them lightly.

But all in all, the car is great and runs like it was new, the best part is if it's below 60, the manifold never gets too hot to just stick your hand against it and hold it there (love this cool weather)

My biggest cold weather problem is dealing with over 6 feet of snow in 4 days.

Gotta love Buffalo.

werd

I need to change to redline MT-90 asap. I live in california so the weather doesn't get THAT cold, but shifting is noticable.

i have digital dash
and whenever its cold and i start it up speedometer reads up to 14 mph even though car isn't in gear, as car warms up the mph goes down.
weird
when i drive the mph reads correctly, but when i come to a stop it will do the same as if i started it up so i dun reallly plan on going out of my way to find out wats up. connection maybe?
plus its cool to show girls, always gets a laugh
"Hey baby, ever seen back to the future? we're gonna hit 15mph without even moving from this spot. i suggest you buckle up..."
