all-season 225's are used in most of the track videos... i feel stupid but i put on my skinnier 225's instead of my good 245's for the track, in honor of my clutch (the wide ones hook well enough to slip the clutch more..)

and two reasons - my camera doesn't zoom (its a canon digital elf.., digital cam, not video camera...) and to answer your question, most runs are 13.2ish

I think you should come out with a kit for the VG too

It would be easier than the VQ too most likely

sweet taking on all the mean beasts must feel good. Good times though 13.2. Your having traction problem. Slicks should solve that problem and look into some PR racing motor mounts if you dont have them.

Well, since it's possible to use the manifolds off a z31, you could just make a mold of those, so wouldn't that cut down on cost? I'll think about prototyping, but the timeframe would have to be next summer.

Good clips! Honestly the only complaint I have is in the clips, sometimes I can't rear the red writing.

Dude..where have you been lately? No Z for me anymore...i'm keeping my Maxima and attaching a weird chirping thing with a 3.125 pulley to it. 350+HP is going to be enjoyable.

And yes Harold would probubly still beat me.

Cool videos. The real question is........what are your 60 foots? In FWD, 2.3X+ is bad, 2.2X is okay, 2.1X is good, 2.0X is

No offence, but beating those cars off the line doesn't mean much unless we know thier reaction times and 60 foots. While very hard to gauge with the eye, the difference between a .5 and a .8 reaction is pretty significant. The C5 in the video bogs horribly off the line.

I was thinking the same thing, but i was comparing his vids to other track vids. The better launches are noticeable by just looking at the car alone, which is what i think Harold was trying to show here. Specific times are always a good treat for us though

So you DO take credit card though, right?

I love my Sears Gold 9k credit limit and low interest..might put it to good use.

very nice!

I hope you guys still have this kit available in about 2 years.. considering how well things go, I may feel generous enough to shell out the cash and keep the max for a long, long time...

can't wait to see some #s with the new clutch installed

Hmm with the better clutch, a bit more boost and the 245's you might be able to get it down in the 12's. Nice. Add those slicks and then really see where you can get it into.

up the boost! up the boost! up the boost!

I'll agree with SR20DEN, your FWD might be a really impressive machine.. but imagine AWD with the same power, or maybe even a little less... then there's RWD... i mean c'mon, donuts anyone?

I don't think a 3.125 pulley is going to get you there, if you're talking fwhp. Or are you planning for some juice along with your boost?
