Running power to battery... how?

I am hooking up some aftermarket foglights and plan on getting a Basslink in the near future. I know that both of these will need to be attached directly to the + terminal of the battery- can someone tell me the best way to attach more wires to the terminal? Thanks!

Actually, you can just attach a ring terminal on the end of each wire and attach it on to the screw/bolt of the positive battery.

Yeah, I figured that would probably be easiest.. I was just wondering if there was a "cleaner" way to do it. Thanks!

You can try to run 1 wire from the battery to a distribution block that you place beneath the black fusebox (to the right of the battery if you're looking from the front of the car). There's plenty of space there to mount a distribution block. I might do this...depending on how much more electronic junk I wanna put in my car.

Nice setup. What gauge wire is that?

It seems like you didn't have to cut the factory terminal ring in order to use the after market one. Is that correct?

Oh, if you have a description of the picture I would love to see it.

thanks

I have 0 guage running from the alternator to the battery, and 2 guage running back to the amps.. Alternator, engine block, & battery ground are all 1/0..

the wires on the sidepost are the stock connections.. I was able to turn the stock post clamp into a ring terminal with a couple strategic hammer blows & a little grinding then I just put rings on the other 2 10 guage stock wires and hooked it up on the side to keep it outta the way..
