NE1 have exp w/ Sony XM-4040 amp or Crystal 2way comp installation?

I found an old Sony XM-4040 Amp in a friend's garage; it had been taken out of his old ghetto-cruising cadillac. It 4/3/2 channel where the break down is 4x40, 1x100 + 2x40, or 2x100. To see pics of it and my speakers, go to

Also, I got a pair of components. Crystal CPe60t 6.5" 2-ways, 60Hz-21KHz, sens 91db, 150w max, prefers 75w, 1-inch titanium dome tweets. 4ohm Impedence, crossover freq 4500Hz, Mounting depth 2.5" and cutout size 5 5/8"

I'm thinking that the crossovers go in the doors in a safely mounted place, the amp underneath the passenger seat or maybe in the trunk, and the speakers i'm putting up front.

Anyone have any recommendations as to how i should set this up? The amp is a big boy, 12x7 inches, and heavy. I didn't get a manual with it, otherwise i might post a little more about it. I just wanna put together a slightly-better than stock 98 GXE sound system. I've already purchased these, so I'm gonna install them today/tomorrow. What do you gurus think ?

I have an XM4045 and i bridged it to run my Rockford Fosgate Fanatic X components..

Ihave had this amp since 96, so that makes it almost 7 years old..

And it still runs great!!
