yes I bought some driving lamps from wal-mart for $17.00. These days Im low on money and can't afford good mods. But these looked pretty cool. they are rectangular like the stock SE fogs which i like a lot. Anyways they are really cheaply made lights but they are damn bright and make a nice color light, not yellow. the install was easy and they look good with my hyper white headlights. I also used a stock SE foglamp switch to hook them up to instead of the cheesy one they came with. I recommend these lamps for anyone that wants something stock looking and bright. they impressed me for 17 bucks.

the fogs

my friend got cheap ones form wal mart also for his rodeo...yea they're a great deal until 1) the cheap lens cracks 2) water gets inside of them 3) they quickly burn out...and this will probably happen, sorry to burst your bubble...You'd be better of buying used PIAA's or something in good shape, instead of constantly replacing these because you have to have somethign there after you put the mounts on

the reason why the bulbs quickly burn out is because moisture gets inside of the lens...some clear silicone will fix that easily..

I was planning on sealing them better because there is basically nothing sealing them. the lense is pretty durable though. my dumbass friend dropped it twice on concrete.

I got my fogs from Walmart too and they look like the factory one's. I just dont like those little ones or the oval looking ones. I've had mine for about 6 months and they are holding up great. I dont think you should have too many problems. If they get hit by rocks then any fog lamp will break whether they cost $17 or $100.

I've always wondered about the fog lamps at Wal-Mart and such places. So now that I know they're decent, I still don't know how to install them.

What were the names of the lamps? What tools and technical knowledge are needed? Are there any diagrams anywhere on how to install fogs??

Thanks in advance.

installation took a while but its not hard. I cut out those little recantular shaped holes under the bumper and put them in there. You'll need a good drill to drill the holes and some basic tools to mount them. as far is wiring its just running a wire to a switch on your dash and to a power. pretty basic and there are directions. I cant remember the name of the fogs but there are lots of different ones at car parts places and wal mart for under 40 bucks.
