Right now, my car has all the mods that i want to get so far. and i am kind of stock about which way should i continue with. the performance?? such as y-pipe and rsb stuff. or should i go for appearance? like body kit. what do u guys think??

Springs.

 

 

Suspension: Handling is the most lacking out of the box

Performance: Big HP #'s and stock or sleeper look gets a surprised look every time

Appearance: Stillen aero kit is nice in my opinion. Very clean, classy look.

I think if you go for appearance before performance more ppl will try to engage you in a race. If the car's HP is fine you can go straight to appearance.

IMO, get bite before bark. I finally got springs on mine.

 

I'll share with you my "Modding Route" and you can take it as my advice to you if you want:

1. Suspension Mod- Maxima's Weakest Link.

-FSTB,RSTB, and RSB
-Shocks & springs
-Dump those Potenza RE92s!!
-Get wider and bigger wheels if you have money.(18 or 19)

2. Minor appearence MOD (cheap and look great)

-Clear lenses
-replace stock bulbs w/ your new more attractive bulbs.
-Interior trim (Carbon Fiber or Aluminum dash trim)

3. Minor engine MOD (For that few extra punch)

-Intake
-Go all out of you have money (Y-pipe, Cat, B-pipe, muffler)

4. Exterior appearence

-Body kit of your choice
-Some nice graphic if you want( Its a little harder to get ricey if you have some HP under your hood, but its still possible to become one) Remember the key word is "NICE GRAPHIC"

5. Release all the potential of your engine.

-Supercharger, Turbo, NOS.
-Racing pistons
-Pully
- and whatever part is available in the future.

The performance route. It won't go out of fashion anywhere near as quickly as appearance mods have been known to nor does it have to attract unwanted law enforcement or criminal attention by its mere existence . . .
