do you by any chance have the child locks turned on?

it prevents anyone inside the car from opening the door....they can only be opened from the outside

if you open the door you can see a little grey switch that can be moved up and down...make sure it is in the unlocked position

and if it NOT that...I have no friggin idea!

good luck

I'm sorry....I'd tell you to take it to the dealer since it is still under warranty but that may make it worse

What mileage do you have on the car so far and exactly how long have you had it? Then check the warranty information to see which one still applies.

mine does it too

My 2k GXE does the same thing. The locking mechanicsm is sticking so I have to reach around the front seat and unlock it manually. It's a pain in the rear but I haven't have time to mess with it. May be some WD-40???? Anybody else has this problem.

I have 38K on mine so it is out of warranty.

Mine does it. I figured it was from my dynamatting and putting isolation foam in the doors though.
