New belt squeek on startup

I just had my two belts replaced this past weekend at the dealership, and now I get a short 1 or 2 second loud squeek when I start my car. It then goes away and the belts are quite...until I start my car up again. Do they squeek because they are new or are they loose? Anyone else experience this?

I had my alternator replaced by a shop and mow my belts squeal on start up. When Iwannabmw and I changed them during the summer I didn't have this problem. I've tightened them and they still make noise. Something isn't right.
This only happens when the car is cold.

Take it back and make them do it right. New belts should not squeel if they are adj correctly.

Search is your friend.
If belts squeak, chances are: the belts stretched (common after the initial installation) and need to be tightened, or the wrong belts were used, and cannot be tightened sufficiently.
