Is this a fair price for custom cattback??

I just received a quote of $375 installed for a custom stainless steel cattback installed with a stainless magnaflow muffler. Don't remember the part# for the muffler but it was a dual tip cut on an angle like the factory 2K2 muffler. The exhaust pipe will be 2.25" stainless welded and with the welds painted and the stock resonator removed. On another note, will taking the stock resonator out make the exhaust too loud and cause the dreaded droning I hear everyone complain about?

Get at least 2.5" and keep the resonator-

I am selling a 2.5" Catback with no resonator and a magnaflow 14829 muffler for 275 + shipping. It is only about 4months old and is in great shape. Sounds good too.

If you have or plan on getting a y-pipe then definitely leave the resonator on. Even replacing the cat with a test pipe will increase the exhaust sound..
