$40 is a little on the high side. It would go well with my FSTB though.

If I were going to get a battery tie-down i'd get the one that South West Autoworks makes. It looks good, it's not that expensive and it's not an advertisement for a company. Is there really any need for Stillen to write their name on that?

I hate you 2K2, 2K3 owners

with your nice looking engine compartments

my 2K1 engine compartment is hideous, I would never even begin to try and dress it up.

That sounds like something that would be said on the show X-Files.

You've already spent so much money buying other Stillen products that are sold by other companies for much cheaper prices. So why not go waste some more of your money on an expensive battery tie-down? Does a battery tie-down even count as a mod? It's just a strap of metal...

The Southwest tie down is nicer.

Btw your rims look just like the new rims that come stock on the Pontiac Vibe FX? Maybe Pontiac stole the design or made a deal with Miglia? But they look almost identical.
Protege 5 has the same wheels as well.

Looks good, but I wouldn't pay $40 for it. Weren't there some folks with access to machine shops that were offering to make us billet aluminum accessories?

Why don't you put the AE engine cover on...cleans it up a bit.

Hmnnnn..when I have to replace my battery

and do so for a lightweight Hawker Energy unit, this might be a cool way to strap it down.
Saves a couple ounces, too...

That would be complete rice. An AE engine cover on a non-AE car?? What are you thinking?

It works for me. And what I'm thinking is none of your business.

And yet you feel the need to post about it here, for my perusal. Weird, eh?

Hehe, I was just kidding in the previous post (giving him a hard time). Where's the holiday spirit?

I plan on getting the AE engine cover for my 2K SE, if it will fit.
