RH Evolution is not Racing Hart

Just something I thought others might like to read..

Notes: RH Evolution is NOT the same as Racing Hart. These wheels are made in the USA. Many of the RH Evolution wheels closely resemble Racing Hart wheels in styling and nomenclature. Many wheel distributors and retailers purposefully or inadvertently misrepresent this. Racing Hart are high quality wheels manufactured in Japan, and prices should reflect this, compared to the RH Evolution wheels.

Last I heard...RH Evolution line is made by Prime wheels

http://www.primewheel.com/

It's like the Ro-Ja line is made by American Racing.

Glad they don't make an Evo version of my wheel. The paint quality is supposedly much better on the realdeals, but to be honest I have a few chips on mine and they are babied (waxed every 3 months, cleaned every week). But if you go up close and inspect an Evo wheel, especially one with studs, you will see the cheapness of the seams. Not to mention they're not light like Racing Harts. But they do have some nice styles, and are much more affordable - hence many people go for the wheel despite the "name."

The RH Evo's are not made it the USA, they are made in Taiwan.

Why do they use the name Racing Hart on the wheels?

They dont or shouldnt. Stupid/shady vendors advertise them as Racing Hart Evolution.

I just wanted to clear this up.. looking at the hartwheels website (tho its hard to read ) doesn't show any evo stuff either.

Hopefully this will help someone buy better wheels w/their money. I was talkin to someone the other day about this .. i felt bad for them .. "you KNOW its 3pc" .. i said "you know its EVO, not RACING HART" .. yikes.

Ro_Ja is a line under Motegi, which is all part of/made by American Racing.

It's all about markeing. Dazz advertises RH Evolution right next to Racing Hart in the magazines. They aren't bad wheels. The quality is on par with TSW and Konig.

Actually...they don't. The brand is called RH Evolution. If you look at the center cap, it's R/H.

that's pretty stupid if it's not really "racing harts" to print that name on the rims

Me too!! My 18" RH C2 Evo had a center cap that said Racing Hart.

I would think that Racing Hart would not let something like this go so far and not do anything to protect their name and reputation.

look on the inside of the spokes and see if it says "racing hart" or "hartless".. most of the real M5's (not many 1-piecers left they were discontinued two years ago) will say RACING HART on them if they are real.. if fake, it will say "hart" or "hartless" or "non hart" i dont remember.

Theyre mistaken, I think.

http://www.speedoptions.com/articles...77db863dcdd990

The picture of the wheel does not have Racing Hart anywhere on it. The Racing Hart logo goes to Dazz ..

here's the RHE at Dazz..
http://www.dazzmotorsports.com/wheels_rhe.asp

No Racing Hart logo in sight. Looks like speed options doesnt know, or doesnt care.
