Do you want just the bulbs or the housing? You can find the bulbs everywhere, do a search, everyone has there favorites. Someone recently did an awsome side by side review that was helpful, from that, I think the PIAA or the Xenons were the best. HID prices have come down too, you can get a kit for like $230. I personally have the $10 blue bulbs from autozone and I am perfectly happy. If you want the entire housing, you can find it on eBay for around one hunderd.
