Just 15% of this would make me happy

While wandering the Fresh Alloy forums, started reading this thread. If only 5th Gen Maximas had 15% of the aftermarket support the Z has gotten in the 6 months or so since its release. It makes me wish I wouldn't have cancelled my preordered Z. The Greddy twin turbo Z on page 6 is sweet. It blows that we can count the number of bodykits available for the Max on our fingers. For the Z you could use your toes also and it wouldn't be enough. Well, enough whining out of me for today.

It's because the number of Maxima owners who ARE enthusiasts equals the number of Z owners who are not. In capitalism, you cater to the demand, and there is not much demand for aftermarket Maxima stuff. If you wanted a highly-modifiable sports car, why did you buy a five passenger sedan in the first place?

I tried to find the best comprimise for the getting best of both worlds. I wanted a comfortable car that I could fit some people in, but looked good as was a blast to drive. As I mentioned I preordered a Z but changed my mind and bought my Max. I am not asking for the same support as for the Z, merely 15% of it...
