Greddy catback and emissions testing

It's been put off in my area for years, but it seems as thought its coming sometime in late spring or early summer. Has anyone with a Greddy catback ever had a problem passing emissions in your area? I also have a Warpspeed Y-pipe, but I do have a less than one year old cat which should help.

P.S. My search for a 2K3 Titanium Edition 6sp HLSD isn't going well. Can't find one that doesn't have leather in a color I like. Everything else is in place and now I can't find the bloody car! It's all the early arriving 2K4's fault!

I thought I heard that somewhere, but wasn't entirely sure about how that applied to actual testing. This is good to know. I don't want any surprises. I've also heard that a re-programmed ECU can often times make a car run more efficiently and actually help exhaust emissions. We've dodged the bullett for a long time, but it looks like it's over.
