A couple of questions

I have two questions I am having a hard time finding answers for using the 'search' feature. First, I am looking to get some 'step colder' spark plugs and I was wondering if anyone has installed some already and what brand/part#'s you used? Second, I am also looking to upgrade my fuel pump. I know Walbro is the popular brand out there and I was wondering if anyone had any part #'s I could use to check them out? Thanks for any help ahead of time. Oh yeah, these things will be for a 2002 SE. Thanks.

Re: A couple of questions

why do you want step colder plugs? Just curious...

5th gen:
http://forums.maxima.org/showthread....ug+step+colder

suggestion is to NOT get step colder plugs unless you have boost.

4th gen:
http://forums.maxima.org/showthread....ep+colder+plug

and here:

I am looking to put a 100 shot of nitrous on it. Everything I have read for something like that says 'go colder'

cool (no pun intended)

all the "step colder" stuff is in the 4th gen forums. I think the links in my earlier post should get you started. One of them has what looked to be exact numbers for the type of plugs to get.

have fun and keep us posted on your 100 shot.

yeah, I read the different threads and they did not tell me much. I am hoping someone has already done a plug swap out and I can just use their part #'s.

uhh, go to the second link I posted: http://forums.maxima.org/showthread....ep+colder+plug

and read the post by JAIMECBR900. He lists specific part numbers and his opinion of them because he uses them.
