Question for those with the Climtate control option..

What is the range on your temperature dials?

I found out today that the 2k1's can go from 60-90 degrees.. Where my 2k has 10degrees less at 65-85...

I feel jipped..

My 2K2 SE with Auto climate can go from 0°K to 90°F. But that's only with the flux capacitor in operation. Normally it goes from 60° to 90°

I have a 2K built in 8/99. The climate control ranges from 65-85. I cannot imagine why anyone would need to go up to 90, but it would be nice to cool the cabin to 60.

Trust me, in Houston in summer, 60 is a joke.

I wish I had a 50 setting.

0°K? That's minus 273 centigrade, absolute zero. Wow, that's one hell of a auto climate control. Be careful, at that temperature the car would break into a million pieces when going over a bump!

LOL
Absolute Zero! That's the temp where all atomic motion stops. At lest you don't have to worry about squeaks and rattles at that temp!

yeah, my 2k is 65 to 85.. but it really doesnt matter that much.. 65 is max cooling, and 85 is max heat.. regardless of the temp. So you get the same effect. At the 65 setting it's just going to cool as much as it can. I'm not really missing the ability to lock in 62 degrees..

I also think they changed the compressors, so you could even have better cooling. You know how the 2ks are more 'content rich' as DaveB says.. or something like that
