Stupid Power Antenna

A while ago, I had my front door speakers installed at Circuit City, before I had it installed I was pretty sure the power antenna worked when I installed the JVC head unit myself. Is there a fuse I should check that will fix the problem because now my antenna doesnt go up at all and my radio is basically useless unless I'm in the mood for the snow remix? The guys at Circuit City claim that it wasn't something they did, so they wouldnt fix it, what do i do?

you know what? When I didn't have my antenna (dad ripped it out) I still listened to the radio just fine, most times even better then my friends VW Passat. Now that I put it back in (won't go up/down, the motor/teeth is messed) the only thing better now is that I can successfully "scan"

BOSE! haha :P

This has been a problem since before the cold weather started though, I wish it were just a weather problem!
