Anyway, I just got the frankentake and I noticed it came with the midpipe. I didnt really want it since I took out the breather line and put in my own little breather.

Now, kloogy did the same thing, but i just want to know what u guys used instead of the midpipe?

Not sure what your talking about, but you need the midpipe, is the piece that connects throttle body to MAF to filter.

Are you talking about the little breather pipe that comes out of midpipe?

 

Ok, if I understand your question right. You would rather not use the midpipe becasue of the extension for the breather, right?

Well, with mine, I used the midpipe; and hacked the extension off on it-to about a half an inch long; capped it, and turned it around so you can't see it.

 

The whole purpose of buying frankencar is for the midpipe.

 

Maybe he bought it for the A'pexi alone?

Do like I did..make your own mid-pipe & slap on a cone filter of your choice

 

Cap the breather tube.

 

i wanted the apexi filter and said what the hell, mine was all ghettod.. but i got a little breahter like kloogy here
