hey all i was searchin ebay for some stuff and i ran acoss a carbon fiber dash kit that has the buy it now option for only $119. Normally i see kits for 130+. looking at the diagram it seems to have all pieces and comes with an option to purchase 4 piece door pannels and guage piece. id take the guage piece and may take the door pannels my question is the kit a good quality one and does anyone have any experience with this kit. please let me know.ebay CF dash kit

 

That kit looks very cheap and not like real CF. Go to alkaplus.com or call them. I got a Carbon Fiber kit from them and they sell you all pieces for $150. Ask for Oleg and tell him you want the real carbon fiber look for the kit. Also, tell him Joseph Russo sent you. He will hook you up nice. Trust me, the kit is out of control if you like carbon fiber. The only thing, they have two shades - light and dark. If you have a dark interior, I would go with the dark. also, w/ cheap ebay kits is that they either look really crappy (quality wise) or they don't fit properly.

 

That does not look like real CF. I would suggest geting the AP-Signworks kit or the Joshua Tree kit. I have the Joshua Tree kit and I love it! Both are real CF. Sure they cost a little more, but you be that much happier

 

i guess im going to look somewhere else for my CF kit. 119 sounded too good to be true for CF. what i really needed anyway was the CF guage bezzel because i just bought some reverse indiglo guages from a fellow member and since its such a hassel to take the dash apart id like to put thr guages and CF and possibly the rings on all at once and get it over with.
