Will a ypipe cause for me to fail smog????

hi. i was thinking about getting a ypipe for my 97 maxima se.
i already have a cold air intake in my car but i was wondering if a ypipe will cause me to fail smog. can anyone let me know?

I went to the emmissions test with a SC, MEVI, Y-Pipe, and Stillen Exhaust.

Still passed with at least 50% below the "limit" on everything.

Just make sure you drive it on the freeway first for about 15 minutes before you go to the emmissions place, and make sure you don't have to sit in line, and DON't shut your car off.

You'll be fine.

It may fail you visual inspection if he actually goes under the car and sees it but I doubt he will. As long as the catylic convertor is nice and hot then it will not affect emissions. take it out for a long drive before you get it smogged to make shure the cat is working 100%.
