Here's the Cliff Notes version:

Yes, loud at WOT, yes.

Check with Phuong (got rice?).

Nice start!

If you want more details try doing a search because there were many discussion on this (keyword: intake).

what you want to do with your car...
if you're considering on modding your car..then like Kev said, it's a nice start.
you can either get JWT Popcharger or Stillen Hi-Flow(cost more than the JWT) or that Place Racing Cold Air Intake.
now, you must know that by installing the JWT Popcharger under your hood, that will cause you to fail your smog(visual) if you live in california.(which is scheduled at the 4th year of ownership on newer cars)

it will get loud under hard acceleration..but it should not be much louder than stock when cruising.

i personally think autos with intake sound louder than manuals with intakes...i don't know. my friend has a K&N intake in this car(auto, 4th gen) and it sounds louder than mine.

now, may i suggest a Y-pipe?
hehe....

-peace and uh...happy modding!!

I was referring to his site.

All three will cause you to fail emissions because none of them are CARB approved. Sucks, but we'll have to reinstall the stock box.

My site is pretty silly. Just geocities auto build. Wanna get more pics and stuff.
