engine revs dont match tach
my 94 GXE will idle roughly, then the tach will jump to 4000 when the accelerator is slightly pushed at all, and will remain there. It does this in spite of the fact that the engine is not running anywhere near as fast as the tach would indicate. Could this be caused by the camshaft position sensor?
