Check that the linkage at the throttle body isn't hanging up on anything. Spray some WD-40 on it as well. If you still feel it hanging up, it's time to change the throttle cable.

if you have an aftermarket intake, some people have been having problems with the linkage getting caught..something to think about.
i would lube it with silicone lubricant

could also be huge gunk buildup in throttle body... when mine was sticky last summer, i cleaned throttlebody and butterfly valve... it was like a 1/8 inch thick ring of gunk all around the valve, so whenever i let completely off the throttle the valve spring would push the valve into that gunk... making me have to push a little harder to "unstick" it.

So clean your throttlebody like this Throttle Body Cleaning

Should fix you right up.

Same here, had the same problem, cleaned the throttle body and Butterfly valve, fixed it. after cleaning, I sprayed some WD40 in to the hinges of the butterfly valve.
