I just installed my Courtesy FSTB for my 99 Max. Before installing I looked through several threads and websites about installing the FSTB. They all said that you need a 19mm socket for 99-00 Maximas. However, it is really a 23mm socket. Well, at least thats what I needed.

I just recently installed my FSTB (from procarparts.com), and I love it! What a difference. It really stiffens up the front end feel, as far as nose dive (in turn-in), steering wheel feel, etc. Definitely $50 well spent!

You are correct some of the 99's like mine and yours are 23mm and some of the others are 19mm... and I think someone... can't remember who told me this befor I installed... some of the nuts were open ended and some were rounded with a dome on the top like and end nut... I don't remember what they are really called...
