ever since I put my new wheels on I have this slight squeal from my left front wheel. It doesnt happen all the time. I dont think that its the brakes, doesnt sound like that. It sounds like a rubbing of something. I think it sounds like the tire rubbing on the inside of the fender wall.

Any ideas what it is?
