The SE Anniversary Edition looks like the '01 Maxima SE except it has the following:
1) Subtle body kit (front lip, side skirts, rear lip).
2) Muffler from the '01 I30 (which is what probably gives it the extra 5HP).
3) AE pedals.
4) AE shifter.
5) AE chrome door sills.
6) AE floor mats.
7) AE headlight assembly.
8) AE rear badge.
9) AE version of the stock '00 - '01 17" wheels.
10) Engine cover.
11) AE ignition key.
I think that's it.

Note the Canadian version doesn't get the body kit (at least mine didn't). I believe we got the Meridian package instead (heated seats for Canada, go figure 
).
In addition the AE has the VLSD which I don't think was standard on the SE
Also the Canadian version came with the "upgraded" BOSE stereo and auto climate. (In short, I believe the canadian version came with everything except the bodykit and the woodtrim).
And finally, don't forget the most important feature, the best Max colour available: Majestic Blue
