more questions that is.... hehe anyways got it through the firewall, i did it like matt and actually ended up putting it through the hood release hole. worked great, but now.... more questions, where EXACTLY do i splice the antenna wire? it has a main wire then and adapter peice the splits into 2 wires, one isnt used (looks like a socket), then the other is a plug like an rca sort of that plugged into the connector that has a little wire that goes into the radio. should i splice right into the wire that comes out of the radio, before it hits any of these adaptors? and one last q, what did you guys use for a ground? Im looking around in the trunk trying to look for a good bolt, what did you all use?

don't splice into the actual antenna wire! there is a wire coming from the harness the is the power to the antennea that you want to splice into; can't remember which offhand though

its all good guys, got it all installed, no prob! sounds awesome!!! for 1 12", its soundsss soo good. can hear it at least 100 yard away or more. im one happy person right now.


Btw, the wire i spliced into was the blue cable coming from the back of the deck. Everything works great. thanks guys for all the help
