It will tilt up/down but will not open up. It's been like this for a week.... whats wrong

 

on a 2002? maybe it's a good idea to visit the dealer?

 

hey, it had this problem couple times since I had the car. Its something wrong with the motor unit. For me, every time I brought it back to the dealer, they somehow can make it work w/out replacing it. Anyways, it just keeps on going on/off. they won't replace it, because sometimes it works for them. so...good luck.

A lot of sunroog problems keep coming up lately. Look in my sig for instructions on how to fix it.

If you have a 2K2+, there is a "reset" procedure since its more "electronic" than earlier versions.
