i finally fixed mine today! the bulbs that caused that are long gone but now atleast i don't have to tap the back of my phillips blue visions for them to work. i bought the nokya 9004 upgrade from http://southwestautoworks.com/ and the install wasn't as bad as i had thought. simple splicing.
