Direct swap and took me about an hour in the cold and my car is an auto. Removed them the next day in about half an hour. Slide off the brake pedal cover and work like mad to get the new one on. The accel pedal includes the entire assembly so you unbolt 2 (?) nuts, slip out the cable and reverse the process. Still have the ones I took off the car for sale $50/shipped anywhere in the US.

Brake pedal was easy... soak it in extremely hot water for a few minutes... then it will be softer and more pliable to get around the corners of the brake pedal.

Start with the top, then use a small regular-head screwdriver to work the bottom lip around.

Took me an hour to do both brake and accelerator pedal... another half hour to do the 350Z dead pedal.
