I just finished replacing the glass in my sunroof, because mine was cracked. When I took the old glass out, a little metal bracket fell out and I didn't see where it came from. It had a hole and a few inserts, about 2" by 4". I figured i'd put the glass in and see what would happen, now it slowly goes up and down, but it will not slide completely open. Anybody know where this metal bracket goes? Also because the glass was cracked, i haven't had the sunroof completely open all winter, should I oil up the rails. Any help is much appreciated, it's starting to warm up and I need some sun.
