touch up paint ?? chips suck

Hey,

I have chips all over the front of my car... what should i do about this? Dab on touch up paint? Or just leave the crap.... it sort of bothers me... I wax the car and it still happens, i cannot devote my life to detailing a car every weekend... is there some sort of compromise to have the paint shredded off my car under normal driving and detailing?

btw i have super black... i will never own another black car, so help me.

I don't have an answer for you but I feel your pain. Black looks awesome but it's to hard to take care of. The winter has devastated my paint, and that is through 5 layers of Zaino. I've give up on waxing the car myself. From now on I'm paying someone to do it twice a year and I'll just wash it. For all the work I put into washing/waxing and parking in only the safest spots, it looks about the same as any other car.

Man, you took the words right out of my mouth, especially this observation: "For all the work I put into washing/waxing and parking in only the safest spots, it looks about the same as any other car."

I would need a gallon of touch up paint to cover all of my paint chips..but as far as touch up goes, you are still going to be able to see the mark ,but it does look better than a silver chip..just don't use a lot.
