ive got the unorthodox udp pulley and it was a good mod but a little expensive for what it gave. the car is more rev friendly and i seemed to have less hesitation getting off the line espically after i had the timing advanced. as far as cam gears go, if im not mistaken thats more of a honda thing. if i understand it right, cam gears will just retard or advance timing.

the only way to advance the timing is through the consult II diagostic machine. normally, the only people that have them is nissan. luckily for me and blubyu2k2, there is a nissan specific shop around us that had one. they did his for free because he was having other work done and i paid 25 bucks i think. the timing advance gives a little bump in low end response and being a 2k1, ill take all the torque i can get. another side affect is that you should get slightly better fuel economy. if you have a good relationship with your dealer then you can have it done there, otherwise people have not been too lucky.
