I don't get it...How can they be the same price if the SE is a base model? Are these different years? Is the SE a manual? Do you want a manual?

Basically, we need more info to help you out.

Hey,
If the SE was manual i'd take it over the every options of the GLE... On the other hand if the SE is autom, just get the GLE... You can put in the sporty suspension after the fact and make it handle then an SE would have... That's what everyone here does anyhow. I rather have the manual, i think the maxima is probably most fun with the manual.

there both 2000 and automatic
i just found them on their website
here they are

se:
http://www.elmwoodnissan.com/predetailpage.asp?IID=2386

gle:
http://www.elmwoodnissan.com/predetailpage.asp?IID=2392

both are really nice exept that i dont like the interior in the gle ,the dash console and stuff
leather aint a plus for me ,i like cloth more
but the problem is the se doesnt have a moonroof and i cant live without it lol
thanx

now that you show the pix id take the se any day of the week. sunroofs are not needed and the black looks 100x better. and for resale value people would want sporty black rather than old man gold.

Nope, you should be able to get one for that price with every option including BOSE. You should be able to get those guys down a couple thousand. Go at the end of the month. Tell them you found another one for the price you want to pay. They want to move these older models.

I just bought my 2000 Black GLE for 17995 with 33000 miles. I was wondering if that was a good deal, but after reading I will take it. I will now start my mods. Any one know where I can get those 17" se chrome rims? I saw them on e-bay out of Cali. Was wondering if those are quality and good price.

I got my black on black 2K SE. (leather, climate control, bose, Loaded) w/ 39K for only $15,000. What a steal!!!!

Don't pay that much. Look on ebay.
