Oil on spark plugs

This weekend I did a compression test and found oil on my plugs.

"I found oil on the threads of the plugs, so there must be a leak
from the valve cover or something. There wasn't too much oil, but does anyone know more about this? I was told that its relatively common, and as long as there aren't puddles it's not a huge issue (but at some point a new gasket set would solve the problem)."

It doesn't look bad. Did you remove your valvecover before? Did you replace the gaskets if you did?

Yes I have removed my valve cover without replacing the gasket However, that was well over 20k ago, and last time I replaced my plugs ~5k ago I had no oil on them Also the valve cover gasket runs around the edge, but aren't there separate ring-type gaskets that seal the plug cylinder?

Yes, there are separate ring-type gaskets for each plug. Did you replace them? No?

Well at least summer is coming up so I can replace the gaskets. I wonder if anyone has any part #s or anything for the gaskets. I know there's a gasket set, but I don't know what all it includes. Maybe search will return soon since it's after the 21st

And actually while I'm thinking about it: I have a little oil in each cylinder 1-6 as indicated by my pictures and plugs. I have removed the front valve cover (1,3,5) to polish it, but I haven't removed the rear valve cover (2,4,6) yet it has oil in it too
Anyway thanks for the comments Kev.
