92 SE Tranny Swap

Whats up guys, im looking at doing a tranny conversion from a auto to a 5 speed. how i want to do this is buy a wrecked 92-94se 5speed with tranny and shifting parts intact and then doing the swap. I do realize exactly how tricky, how hard, how complicated etc... that is. The clutchs are hydralic not cable right? and any helpful comments or links to websites where this has been done before would be great, thanks

also would it be an overall wiser idea to buy the tranny rebuild kit, valve body upgrade, torque converter upgrade, and shiftronic and spend the money that way instead of trying to convert it to a 5 speed, the company for all that stuff is http://www.levelten.com
