Chrome dash guage rings?

Yes, I know I've read plenty about this in the past, (a long time ago!) but since the SEARCH feature isn't working I'm forced to post my question:

Where can I find these for my car? And, if there is more than one manufacturer out there, which one fits/looks the best?

Tony

I am in the same situation. I have been looking for some for a few months for my 2k1. I had them on my 97 that I got from Sy, they looked and fit great. Now I can't find them. If you find some, let me know.

I know there are a few guys on the org and on Ebay that sell them.. But as for fit on 5thgen's none of them fit perfect. For the two smaller rings you have to sand down the ring on your gauge cluster..

A skilled dremeler will have no problems with the install. It's one of my favorite installs of all time since I see it so often. Looks like a Bimmer on the all black guages. Anyway, Sy had them and I have seen them on ebay cheaper if you want em. Gunmetal might look sweet

eBay doesn't have any right now..I just checked. I'm assuming Sy is a member of the org, but I searched and couldn't find him. Anyone?

Thanks for the info, releasedtruth. Do you have any pics of the rings?

Tony

I'm looking for them too.
Somebody out there must have a source for them.

It's SYCEFIRO on the .org! I got mine from him as well. Apparently, there are none that are an exact fit on the 5th gen. IIRC, they are actually 4th gen guage rings. The 2 bigger rings fit perfect and actually for me only one of the small rings didn't fit well. Had to dremel some of the housing.

This is one of my favorite mods too! It really looks beautiful; especially at night because the soft light reflects off the chrome!
