Power Steering Squeak

'89 SE 180K

Starting to get a noisy squeak on my power steering but ONLY WHEN COLD! Belt too loose? Thanks for your help as always...

yeah sounds like a belt going bad, too loose or a pulley or idler going bad and causeing the belt to drag.
