52mm is the equivalent to 2 1/16.. if your talking about the hks din panel, people usually widen the holes.

yes, the hks tripple din panel 46mm. Im not familiar with how they mount so all I do is dremel the holes and the guages fit right in? what other choice sizes I can get other than 52mm? I cant seem to find any 46mm guages

yes, the dremel is your friend. you can either make the holes bigger or chop up the box to make them recessed (as I did)

Sample

52mm is the max you can go. hks makes a 46mm but they are really pricey.

Same deal with the Blitz DIN panel taking three 43mm's. Blitz 43's are worth a small fortune.

Do you have a pic of the back? Just trying to see how you 'chopped up' the box.

1 and 7/8th would be the american equivalent, I know autometer used to make them, but I don't think they do anymore. I am still looking for other companies that make them in that size. No way in hell I plan on paying 200+ for a 46mm HKS Oil press. gauge

I have heard of a few people Dremeling out the HKS Din panel. I too looked at it and after seeing how much they wanted for the gauges, figured I needed a lot more money trees before I could do it. SOOOOOOO, I went, and made my own to fit the autometer 2 1/16 gauges. ( It cost me about $50, and I have material left over to make about 5 more) That with the pillar pod, I have: Oil temp, oil press, Volt, boost and EGT. IF you want quick, get the HKS and be careful with the dremel. But buy an autometer gauge first to size up your new holes.

Good luck!
