FrakenCar???

I see that there are a lot of org members using FrakenCar setup. Currently, I have a Stillen Pop-Filter. And yes, sometime I do hate the low end lose when accelerating. So I was wondering, by combining my exsiting Stillen Filter with only the Mid-Pipe section. Would this help my Low-end, Mid, and High's stright through the rev-band?? I Have a 95 auto wich will under-go 5speed conversion soon.

With repect to the FrakenCar-Kit. It comes with either a Apexi or K&N Pop-Charger. They claim it is more efficient and has no low end loss like my current stillen filter. Is this true??? And is the Apexi Charger the recommended one to use???

And Finally, I've noticed that my Stillen Filter has a small cut-out for that Air-Sensor. Does the same cut exist with the FrankenCar setup. Thanks.

I actually bought the frankencar midpipe. I have not had the time to put it on yet though, but i am going through the same low end power loss. Gotta see what happens. If i do it anytime soon, I will post a reply with what happened.

i have a jwt and im not sure i have low end power loss .. i have a 5speed manual maybe thats why .. im also looking into frankencar or Injen. the injen looks light yers better than any of them i have seen. im leaning toward Injen at the moment .. its hard to get the best one when your trying to satisfy:

1. appearance
2. performance
3. sound

Sometimes there is a trade-off. In my opinion, Performence comes first. Appearance is really no biggie. But I guess everyone is different. However I will leave my options open. I will look into Injen's system and compare, but they may all acomplish the same thing.

Not really. All i can tell you is that the stillen/frankencar is better than the frankencar apexi filter. I have heard some complaints about that filter. Just pick a set up the differences are minimal but I enjoy my setup.

You get better throttle response with it and you don't lose low end power.

That's good. I really did not want to replace my stillen-charger. I guess the Mid-Pipe is only component needed.
