how much is a new belt for a 2000 maxima? and installation>?

i have stock 16 inch rims. I need tires soon, how much should i be spending for regular all season tires? i mean how much money should i spend to the point where i know im not getting ripped off. i'm not sure on the exact size, 215/%^/16/....

I looked up you're car real quick, and think this size will do:
Size:215/55-16
Kumho ECSTA Supra 712 for $72 a piece. Read through the reviews, they are really helpful when deciding what to purchase.
