Sweet mother of mystery

I got a 2k2 6 spd and when going from a complete stop only it makes a high pitched like noise from the driver side front wheel

Bad wheel bearing? Maybe caliper not releasing right?

don't know if it is the same but I had a howling noise when going from a stopped position in 1st gear and there ended up being a problem with the clutch plate and there is a TSB on this for 2k2 Maxima and Altimas with manual transmission. You could be having this problem. Very much a rubbing/howling noise. Scan some old threads or better yet search the TSB sticky thread. You'll find it there. Good luck. They repaired mine and so far it is just fine.
