Tein STech, need camber bolts?
Tein STech, need camber bolts?
My Tein S.Tech springs will arrive today or tomorrow, along with a used Courtesy Nissan FSTB.
Will I need camber bolts in order to avoid too much negative camber?
If so, will it be bad enough that I shouldn't install the springs until I have the bolts in hand?
I know this is probably frequently asked, but it doesn't appear to be in the FAQ and search isn't available...
Thanks!

$86 for a set of bolts... that seems kind of high, no? Does anyone have any rec's or thoughts on pricing and where to buy?
Thanks!

I bought the Eibach camber bolts and didn't need them. I took the car to NTB with the bolts for my aligmnent, I got my camber bolts back without them being installed and my camber is -0.5 degrees. So you're all set with not getting camber bolts. I was suprised I didn't need them.

According to TEIN, you do not need the camber bolts. I can't confirm this yet, because my springs haven't arrived.

btw I found an auction on EBay for some Sprint camber bolts for like $50...

Cool, thanks for the input. How about bump stops? Did you guys trim them down as recommended then?

but do trim them, it wont really cause any serious problems. It just helps absorbe the last bit of impact incase you bottom out. I would still say trim them but you wont notice any differance.
