what causes the tranny to slip?

what causes the tranny to slip?

Besides low or bad tranny fluid, what are common causes of an automatic transmission slip?

worn clutch packs or basicly a worn out tranny

My car only has 75,000 miles and is 11 years old. Is there a way to tell if it's the clutch packs without taking the tranny out?

im not sure and that is low mileage but its still 11 years old

try checking your shift solenoids, theres a writeup on a tranny check around here somewhere
