Ok, I know this has kinda been gone over a million times and you don't have to flame me for asking if you don't want to answer the thread but what are the best ways or mods to get your/ours/my VG faster??? I know bout that bout the 5spd, CAI and Y-pipe but what else. I know there's a lot of other things.
i'm in the same boat as you...vg auto w/ K&N Pop Charger
i'm planning to get a cai, advance the timing, y-pipe + hi flow catt + cat back (all 2.5"), udp, and then possibly port the tb & intake plenum. and if i have the money, jwt ecu & cams
to be honest....we're fighting an uphill battle here and i think i'd rather worry about keeping my car running in good condition and just make it look better.

5 speed conversion: ~$1200

The maxima plenum isn't as crappy as the Z one, so you really will be wasting your time unless you plan on reaching about 400+hp.
