It's called camber kits/bolts. Sometimes, you need them, sometimes you dont. Check with your local import shop.

Get some aftermarket shocks otherwise you'll be sorry later on and wish that you did.

If you don't lower it more then 2" then you won't need camber plates. Just an alighnment after the springs settle in will be good enough.

Be prepared to here a lot of clicking and spring noise with the obx if you drop it low.

-If your planning to lower your ride around 2-2.5 inches all-around I suggest you get either get PROGRESS Sport Springs or TEIN S-Tech Springs or a "TRUE" coilover system (Ex:JIC,TEIN,or PROGRESS)
-You'd here clicking/misc. noises due to the OBX "sleeved" coilover system on stock shocks="HARSH RIDE"
-If your planning on dropping your car 2-2.5 inches all-around it's a good idea to upgrade your shocks if not you'll result in a "HARSH" ride.
All in all,I suggest you sell the OBX "sleeved" coilovers and get either a basic shock/spring set-up or "TRUE" coilover set-up. But hey,It's your car,do what you want to do.

what exactly is the problem with these coilovers? Coilovers have a harsh ride by design, is it because of the 'sleeved' design? more info please.

Why? Because OBX Coilovers are pieces of crap. You got them cheap for a reason.....because they suck.

Noise will come mainly between the spring and the lower perch. You will probably also get some from your stock struts bottoming out, as well as at the upper spring perch.
