I thought you couldn't do it because our manifolds are not aluminum or metal. There almost like a plastic ceramic.. The 2k2's are a lil different though.

Why that does bring up issues, you should still be able to do it. I just wouldn't think it would be as durable, might be a good idea to pick up another intake manifold. The 2k IM is not straight plastic, its a lot more durable. You might even be able to have some sort of steel insert put in to support the threads, not sure where you could get it done though. If you want to be able to pull everything to change the jets frequently, you might want to think twice about it.
