Nick- I can do pre-painted set for you, but it'll have to be pre-paid. Once painted in a specific color, it can't be sold to any other colored Maxima if you should change your mind. I hope you understand.

How well do these hold on? It doesn't looks like there is alot of 3m tape on that inside picture. Also how hard would it be to change the blulb in it to a blue or white light?

 

No one has yet to report problems with the integrity of those adhesives. I haven't seen anyone that modified their LED mirror covers so I don't have a definitive answer for you.
